Efficiently applied versatility
The integration of floor plates, rotary tables and trunnion devices as well as the automatic change of different accessory devices or heavy tools via a pick up station guarantee the efficient machining of the workpieces. A permanently integrated facing head as an option allows for horizontal turning of up to 1,300 mm diameter.

Specification
Robust machine design for highest precision
The strongly ribbed machine bed is a welded steel construction with three guideways that ensure the stable guiding of the column. Preloaded compact linear roller guides provide excellent positioning accuracies.
The design of the cast column is characterized by the massive ribbing, which reaches far within the column. This results in exceptional stiffness and damping of dynamic cyclic load.
The main drive optimally adapts to different customer requests with regard to engine speed, power and torque. As a standard, the advanced spindle bearing supports the precisely balanced boring spindle during rough cutting.
The heart of the machine is the spindle system, which is manufactured entirely at the companies of the Herkules Group.
